isepglobal is seeking a Health, Safety and Environmental Manager for a West Midlands site. Lead HSE strategy, act as Competent Person, and drive a culture of safety and sustainability within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

You will design risk assessments, lead investigations, and coordinate audits while ensuring compliance with UK legislation and ISO 45001 standards. This role offers a clear path to influence across departments and deliver continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Minimum NEBOSH General Certificate; ideally progressing towards Diploma level.
• Proven HSE management experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or fast-paced production.
• Strong knowledge of UK health, safety and environmental regulations, including ISO 45001 / OHSAS 18001.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Competent Person for HSE and be a key member of Site Leadership Team.
• Design, develop and deliver a best-practice safety improvement plan.
• Develop and audit site-wide risk assessments and Safe Systems of Work.
• Own end-to-end incident investigations with root-cause analysis and share learnings.
• Align HSE with food safety/hygiene controls; manage contractors and chemical usage.
• Represent site during audits by regulators, accreditation bodies and major retailers.
• Drive behavioural safety through training and engagement of employees, agency staff and contractors.
