The ideal candidate will hold a degree or substantial experience in health and safety management, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and project-level safety oversight.

• Minimum of 4 years related experience in safety management.
• Experience in large-scale commercial, government, or industrial construction projects.

About the Role:

• Understand the company's Health & Safety and Environmental Policies and Processes.
• Provide health and safety support onsite for a BESS construction project.
• Establish, manage, and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as local authorities, Health and Safety Executive, and others as required and directed.
• Provide guidance and independence regarding the assessment of and appointment of subcontractors.
• Site-based role in Stoke-on-Trent.

The Ideal Candidate Looks Like:

• Experience leading or managing a team is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety Management OR a minimum of 4 years related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 4 years of safety management experience in large-scale commercial, government, or industrial construction projects.
