Lead Safety & Sustainability at a Specialist Polymer Manufacturer

Our client, a batch manufacturer of polymer resins, is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to drive compliance, continuous improvement, and safety culture across their COMAH–regulated site.

Your Impact

You'll oversee all health, safety, and environmental operations, including:

• Managing ISO 45001 & 14001 systems

• Leading audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments

• Overseeing COSHH, emergency response, and site fire safety

• Supporting process safety (HAZOP, LOPA, ALARP)

• Managing the site environmental permit and regulatory liaison

• Promoting best practice and green chemistry principles
