Saica Pack UK Ltd. in Livingston is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety and Environmental performance at our Livingston site.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will provide HSE leadership across the site, ensuring compliance with UK legislation, maintaining ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards and driving a proactive safety culture. If you are hands-on and focused on continual improvement, we’d love to hear from you.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar HSE role.
• NEBOSH General Certificate required.
• Experience of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing risk management and legal compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills.
• FMCG or packaging experience advantageous.
• Environmental qualification and/or science-related degree desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site HSE strategy, improvement plans and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental legislation.
• Manage risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Lead HSE audits and ISO 45001/14001 certification activities.
• Support contractor management and emergency preparedness.
• Drive environmental, waste, recycling and sustainability initiatives.
• Deliver HSE training, inductions and toolbox talks.

We are looking for an experienced HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety and Environmental performance at our Livingston site. Key Duties and Accountabilities (will include but not limited to:)

• Leading site HSE strategy, improvement plans and KPIs

Key Experience and Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar HSE role

• Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills
• FMCG or packaging experience would be advantageous
• Environmental qualification and/or science-related degree desirable but not essential
