HSE Manager
Are you a Health, Safety & Environment professional looking for a new challenge? Our client is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join their team and help ensure the safety and wellbeing of their employees.

What You Will Do:

1. Analyze site risks and bring solutions to improve working conditions, industrial safety, and environmental standards.
2. Propose an annual HSE action plan to the site management.
3. Coach and support the site management and employees in Group updates to HSE Rules & Guidelines.
4. Participate in the company's HSE network.
5. Monitor legal compliance and manage the site's relations with local government and regulatory organizations.
6. Monitor the reporting of HSE indicators and organize and drive HSE audits and trainings.
7. Carry out accident enquiries and risk assessments.

What You Will Bring:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering with a specialization in Health, Safety & Environment.
2. NEBOSH Diploma qualification essential.
3. Previous operational experience in a plant or industrial environment.
4. Working knowledge of UK legislation pertaining to Health, Safety and Environment.
5. General knowledge of automotive production plant technologies.
