Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Ltd. is recruiting an experienced Health & Safety Officer to manage HSE across two Leicester-based manufacturing sites on a 3-month contract, paying £300 per day outside IR35.

The role is multi-site, with roughly 4 days at one site and 1 day at the other each week. You will lead the Health & Safety function, conduct site inspections and risk assessments, drive ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 compliance, oversee audits, investigate incidents and promote a strong safety culture across

Qualifications

• NEBOSH qualification and strong HSE background.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001 management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Health & Safety function across two Leicester sites.
• Conduct site inspections, safety walks and risk assessments.
• Produce HSE KPIs, statistics and management reports.
• Lead internal/external audits ensuring ISO standards are met.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote a positive safety culture.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Support environmental and compliance initiatives.
