Job Description:

The HSE Improvement Specialist role involves providing support to the Head of HSE to deliver the business’s HSE Annual Operating Plan. Key responsibilities include designing continual improvement programmes based on risk profiles, incident experience, and industry learning; supporting HSE forums and projects; assisting management in fostering a strong HSE culture; implementing improvement programmes; supporting high-risk branches; analyzing HSE data streams; resolving complex HSE issues; and supporting Incident Review Boards.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Full UK driving licence with regular travel to branches in the South West.
