Schneider Electric is seeking an HSE & Facilities Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental excellence across UK sites. You will drive policies, training, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives while managing facilities teams and life safety programs.

The role requires NEBOSH Diploma and IOSH, with experience in environmental governance and facilities management. A strategic, collaborative leader who thrives in dynamic settings will excel here.

Competenze

• NEBOSH Diploma and a certified member of IOSH.
• Proven experience of Employee Health & Safety work and activities related to environmental governance plus facilities management experience.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable programs that deliver measurable impact.
• Strong collaboration skills to engage diverse stakeholders and build alignment across functions and geographies.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and learning from successes and setbacks.
• Confidence navigating ambiguity and making sound decisions in complex environments.
• Desirable – Qualified ISO auditor.

Mansioni

• Assist in maintaining metrics, evaluate data trends, and support management reviews for EHS improvement.
• Assist with implementing EHS policies and procedures; tailor programs to location needs.
• Develop training programs and conduct trainings for regulatory EHS initiatives.
• Supervise incident investigations including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Conduct EHS audits and risk assessments; participate in external compliance audits.
• Coordinate corrective actions with site personnel from audits and risk assessments.
• Manage facilities maintenance and life safety controls; oversee permitting submissions.
• Serve as site contact for government inquiries on EHS; act as technical EHS resource for management.
