Job summary

Gousto in Warrington is seeking a Health, Safety & Environment Coordinator to support the site HSE Manager. You will help develop and integrate HSE programs to create a safe and sustainable workplace for ~500 colleagues, driving a culture of caring and continuous improvement.

The role focuses on risk assessments, SOPs, training materials and incident investigations, with a 4 on 4 off night pattern. You will collaborate with site teams to ensure compliance and safe operations.

Qualifications

Experience as Health & Safety Administrator or Coordinator.
Experience in Warehouse/FMCG/Fulfilment or Factory environments.
Strong communication and IT literacy.

Responsibilities

Lead activities to reduce health, safety, security and environmental risk, in line with Group and Site HSE plans.
Review, develop and deliver HSE Risk Assessments, SOPs and training materials.
Ensure Site HSE policies and systems meet legislation and Gousto standards.
Assist with accident/incident reporting and investigations.
Assist with HSE audit programmes for Gousto compliance.
Empower the team to challenge unsafe behaviours appropriately.
Support gap identification and closure in HSE standards.
Inventory checks of First Aid equipment.
Carry out ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
