Job summary

H&MV Engineering is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) coordinator to support documentation, reporting and compliance activities in the UK. You will maintain databases, update legislation registers and prepare regular incident reports to keep safety data up to date.

You will also assist with ISO accreditation preparation (9001/14001/45001), manage DSE assessments and PPE orders, coordinate safety meetings, prepare minutes, and schedule audits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HSE databases, update legislation registers, and prepare weekly/monthly incident, accident, and near-miss reports.
• Assist with ISO accreditation (9001/14001/45001) preparation, manage DSE assessments, and process PPE orders.
• Coordinate HSE meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and schedule safety training sessions and audits.
• Act as a focal point for safety enquiries, update intranet, and distribute HSE bulletins.
• Aid in risk assessment documentation and maintain records for fire marshals and first aiders.
