Executive Network Group is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Consultant for a Hull-based, on-site role. The six-month contract offers a daily rate of £480 outside IR35, starting ASAP. You will support a busy renewable energy manufacturing site with hands-on safety leadership and incident investigations.

The role requires proactive collaboration with the existing H&S team and operations to drive day-to-day safety improvements and compliance across the site.

Formación

• HSE experience in manufacturing or renewables is preferred.
• Experience conducting incident investigations and implementing corrective actions.
• Strong understanding of legal compliance and risk management in a site environment.
• Experience with lifting equipment and lifting-related risks is advantageous.

Health & Safety Consultant| HULL | £480 PER DAY | OUTSIDE IR35

We're looking for a hands-on HSE professional to support a busy renewable energy manufacturing site near Hull on an initial 6-month contract.

Location: Hull - single-site role

Duration: 6 months

Rate: £480 per day OUTSIDE IR35

Start: ASAP

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting incident investigations, including reviewing findings, identifying root causes and following up on corrective actions.
• Helping review and update legal compliance documentation to ensure the site meets its H&S obligations.
• Working closely with the existing H&S team and operational stakeholders to manage day-to-day safety across the site.
• Identifying wider risks and opportunities to improve safety standards and procedures.
• Providing practical, hands-on support in a busy manufacturing environment.

What we're looking for:

• Proven HSE experience within manufacturing in a renewables environment would be beneficial but general manufacturing experience works as well.
• Experience supporting incident investigations and implementing corrective actions.
• A good understanding of legal compliance, risk management and practical site safety.
• Experience with lifting equipment and lifting-related risks would be a real advantage.
• Someone proactive, confident working with different teams, and able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
