Job summary

Medstrom Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Health and Safety Compliance Coordinator to support the Health, Safety and Environmental team at our Castle Donington head office. The role focuses on coordinating documents, training materials and compliance processes to promote a strong safety culture across the business.

You will work closely with the Health & Safety Manager, maintain LMS content, and assist with audits, risk assessments and internal communications while ensuring timely delivery of

Qualifications

• IOSH qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role (min 3 years).
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience creating documents, presentations, training materials and reports.
• Confident with Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint); Visio an asset.
• Full driving licence; some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute health, safety and environmental communications across the business.
• Review, update and maintain controlled documents, handbooks, policies and procedures.
• Support meetings, audits and action tracking, including preparing minutes and follow-up actions.
• Develop and maintain risk assessments, safe operating procedures and training materials.
• Create, update and allocate LMS training courses and bite-size learning content.
• Coordinate accident and near-miss investigations and maintain records.
• Support fleet-related administration and compliance activity.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports relating to packaging and waste.
• Assist with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 audits.
• Provide cover for the Business Administrator when needed.
