Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking an Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) Advisor to support our Derby facility with subject matter expertise in HSE practices. You will contribute to the HSE Management System, governance, emergency planning, and local compliance while promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the site.

The role involves stakeholder engagement, governance oversight, and developing improvement programmes; IOSH Managing Safely is preferred, with NEBOSH certificates or equivalent

Qualifications

• HSE experience and subject matter expertise in HSE issues.
• Ability to improve HSE Management System and performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME support for governance structures and reporting.
• Identify local compliance requirements and gaps; drive improvements.
• Develop local emergency planning scenarios and responses.
• Engage stakeholders to promote HSE culture and accountability.
• Promote external compliance requirements and regulator interfaces.
