Job summary

ITM Power PLC in Sheffield seeks a skilled HSE Advisor to provide health, safety and environmental guidance across our business. You will support policies, risk assessments, continuous improvement initiatives and ISO14001/ISO45001 compliance, working with the QHSE team and site operations.

The role requires NEBOSH qualification and manufacturing experience, with strong incident investigation and data analytics skills. A competitive salary, pension and 25 days holiday are offered.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum) or NEBOSH Diploma/ L5 equivalent in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Educated to degree level (desirable).
• NEBOSH Environmental Certificate or equivalent Environmental Education (desirable).
• NEBOSH Process Safety (desirable).
• NEBOSH Fire Safety & Risk Management (desirable).
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment with ISO knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on all aspects of Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
• Hold monthly HSE Review Meetings with Manufacturing Teams and report on department performance.
• Create and analyse data dashboards on HSE performance.
• Provide guidance on HSE legal compliance and update policies accordingly.
• Support the HSE Manager and act as a key point of contact for manufacturing teams.
• Lead HSE internal audits and inspections and manage the HSE training packages.
