Job summary

Sovereign Network Group is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to cover Basingstoke and surrounding areas, with travel across the region and occasional meetings across the geography.

You will provide expert HSE advice, coach leaders and colleagues, and lead incident investigations while supporting the rollout of health, safety and environmental standards. Field visits and training delivery are key components of the role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience as a health and safety advisor
• Experience developing and implementing safety policies and procedures
• Ability to train and coach staff on safety practices
• Capability to lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
• Strong communication with multiple stakeholders across functions

Responsibilities

• Build and promote a strong safety culture across the business
• Provide expert coaching, advice and guidance on HSE matters
• Lead incident investigations and identify root causes and preventative actions
• Deliver HSE induction training to new colleagues
• Conduct field safety visits to offices, residential properties and development sites
• Explain policies and procedures to stakeholders ensuring clear understanding
• Support stakeholders with HSE documents and regulatory compliance
