Belectric Inc. is seeking an HSE Advisor in the United Kingdom with strong electrical background (HV/LV Systems). This role involves providing health and safety advice, conducting audits, and maintaining health and safety documentation. Required qualifications include a NEBOSH National General Certificate and at least 3 years of relevant experience in Solar PV and electrical O&M operations. Qualifications

• 3 years or more experience in a similar role within Solar PV, Utilities Electrical O&M operations.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel frequently across the UK and occasionally abroad.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical health and safety advice to O&M teams.
• Work collaboratively with operational teams and clients.
• Carry out internal audits across depots and field-based operations.
• Build effective working relationships with clients.
• Support contractor onboarding processes.
• Assist with incident investigations and tracking actions.
• Review Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• Create and maintain documentation for ISO accreditation.
