Zusammenfassung

Nicholas Associates is seeking a Health & Safety Coordinator near Wickford to join our manufacturing group. You will support the EHS Manager and safety team, helping to foster a safe workplace and implement site and group policies.

The ideal candidate will hold IOSH Managing Safely, be working towards NEBOSH General Certificate, and bring strong IT skills with Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Training and progression opportunities are available within the large organisation.

Qualifikationen

• IOSH Managing Safely certification is preferred.
• Currently working towards NEBOSH General Certificate.
• Strong IT skills with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Provide support to the EHS Manager and wider Health and Safety team.
• Assist in facilitating a safe workplace and implementing site policies.
• Promote continuous improvement in safety across Operations & Engineering.

Overview

With manufacturing facilities located across the World we now require a Health & Safety Coordinator to join the group. You will be working for a first-class manufacturing business that can offer true progression for the willing candidate.

Key responsibilities

To provide support to the EHS Manager and wider Health and Safety team as well as Operations & Engineering Departments. To assist in facilitating a safe workplace, fostering safe behaviours and implementation of site and group policies and procedures, and always working towards continuous improvement.

Ideal candidate / Health & Safety Coordinator may have some of the following

• The desire to work within a first-class manufacturing business and develop within the health and safety profession.
• IOSH Managing Safely
• Working towards NEBOSH General Certificate
• Strong IT skills Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skillsCommutable from:
• Basildon, Brentwood, Rayleigh, Chelmsford and surrounding areas.
