Job summary

Falcon Group is seeking a full-time Health, Safety and Environmental Administrator to be based within the Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Department in Shipdham, Norfolk.

You will undertake essential administration, portal management, document distribution and data monitoring to support across the HSE function. The role includes training and career development in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the Health and Safety or compliance focused environments.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills - verbal and written.
• IT literate including Excel, Word, SharePoint with experience of portal management systems.

Responsibilities

• Administration for Accreditation Portal Management and Customer Portals.
• Distribution of Insurance documents, Pre-Qualifications Questionnaires and meeting support.
• Record-keeping, file/audit tasks and data monitoring across multiple areas.
• Support Drug and Alcohol testing statistics and incident tracking as required.
