Job summary

Falcon Group is seeking a full-time Health, Safety and Environmental Administrator in Shipdham. The role supports the Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Department with admin tasks and portal management.

You will handle accreditation portals, customer portals, insurance documents, pre-qualification questionnaires, and meetings. The role offers training, development, and a clear path to expanded responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in health and safety/compliance.
• Excellent customer service and written/verbal communication.
• IT literate with Excel, Word and SharePoint; experience with portal management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration support to the Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Department.
• Manage Accreditation Portals and Customer Portals.
• Distribute Insurance documents and respond to Pre-Qualifications Questionnaires.
• Support meetings, file audits and data monitoring across multiple areas.
