Job summary

Network Rail is looking for an Operations Delivery Manager to oversee HS2 projects on the conventional network from planning through to delivery. You will coordinate possession and engineering access, lead cross-functional teams, and drive safety culture across all activity.

You will work with HS2, delivery partners, TOCs and FOCs, ensuring compliant planning and on-time service, while supporting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-line delivery operations within complex rail environments.
• Proven leadership, management and motivational skills.
• Strong knowledge of possession safety rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver HS2 works on the conventional network with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Lead and develop cross-organisation worksite teams and contractor colleagues.
• Coordinate HS2 possession and engineering access from long-term planning through to delivery and handback.
