Job summary

Blueprint Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Geotechnical Engineer to support on-site delivery for HS2, covering Calvert C2 and C3 areas. This long-term, site-based role offers hands-on involvement within one of the UK's largest infrastructure programmes.

You will provide geotechnical engineering support on site, collaborate with construction teams, and review site conditions to help resolve geotechnical issues during construction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Geotechnical Engineer.
• Strong site-based geotechnical experience.
• Background within major infrastructure or civil engineering.
• Good understanding of ground conditions and geotechnical works.
• Confident working alongside multidisciplinary construction teams.
• Able to work on site in the Calvert / Aylesbury area.

Responsibilities

• Providing geotechnical engineering support on site.
• Supporting works across the HS2 Calvert C2 and C3 areas.
• Working closely with construction and engineering teams.
• Reviewing geotechnical information and site conditions.
• Supporting the resolution of geotechnical issues during construction; ensuring works are delivered in line with project requirements.
