Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS) is recruiting an HRIS Implementation Manager to lead a multi-module HRIS transformation. You will coordinate workstreams, manage data migration, testing and change readiness, and partner with HR and IT leaders to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

In your role as HRIS Implementation Manager, you will make a meaningful and valued contribution from the outset. This role will provide a great opportunity to coordinate and drive the successful delivery of USS's multi-module HRIS transformation programme.
The role will provide day-to-day implementation management, ensuring activities remain aligned, dependencies are managed, decisions are progressed at pace, and the programme delivers its intended business outcomes.
The role acts as the operational lead for implementation activity, ensuring workstreams remain aligned, dependencies are managed, issues are resolved quickly, and delivery remains on track. Working closely with the Head of HR Operations & Transformation, Project Manager, SMEs and other key project team members, the role will coordinate process design, configuration, migration an validation, testing, training and readiness activities to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
