The HRIS Delivery Lead plays a key role in supporting the delivery and enhancement of HR technology solutions and projects. This role will be the main contact for the third-party support vendor to ensure KPIs are met and sprints are maximized. The role holder will possess strong stakeholder management skills, working with Process Owners, HRIS Product Owners, and IT colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Delivery
- Manage the product roadmap and backlog, plan sprints, and prioritize enhancements based on business needs.
- Support the planning and execution of HRIS projects, including system rollouts, upgrades, improvements, and integrations.
- Ensure platform stability, scalability, and alignment with business and contractual requirements.
- Technical Leadership
- Act as the technical contact for internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Drive technical decision-making, engineering execution, and platform governance.
- Identify and adopt emerging technologies to improve platform performance and capabilities.
- Project & Change Management
- Define clear project scopes, requirements, and success metrics.
- Manage platform-related projects, ensuring ROI, effort, and impact are aligned.
- Reduce reactive support by shifting towards proactive, value-driven initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate between Process Owners, Platform Owners, technical teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and delivery.
- Educate and challenge stakeholders to optimize platform use.
- Represent LRQA professionally and with technical expertise in customer engagements.
- Operational Excellence
- Monitor and manage platform costs, licenses, and vendor contracts.
- Oversee release management, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Manage resource capacity planning and team performance effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience leading HRIS or enterprise platform delivery, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong technical background with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and leading related ceremonies.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and adapt style to achieve outcomes.
- Result-oriented, assertive, flexible, and enthusiastic team player with a “can do” attitude.
- Experience in stakeholder management, project delivery, and platform governance.
- Knowledge of software lifecycle, release management, and cost optimization.
