Job summary

Accord Healthcare is seeking a Graduate Workforce Analytics & Reward Associate to gain hands-on experience across HR reporting, data analysis, and total rewards in a fast-growing biopharma environment.

You will work with Power BI/Tableau, Excel and HR systems, supporting data-driven decisions, with mentorship and structured learning as part of our international expansion.

Qualifications

• Degree in data science and statistics or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP and VLOOKUP.
• Ability to create charts and dashboard reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop HR reporting and dashboards for multiple countries.
• Analyze data to support decision making in HR.
• Assist HR systems management and data governance.
• Support workforce planning and compensation analytics.

The Role

At Accord Healthcare, our Graduate Programme is designed to develop future HR professionals through hands-on experience, structured learning, mentorship, and exposure to key people processes.

As a Graduate Workforce Analytics & Reward Associate, you will gain practical experience in workforce analytics, compensation and benefits, HR systems, workforce planning, and people reporting. You will work alongside experienced HR professionals to support data-driven decision making while developing foundational expertise in Total Rewards and People Analytics within a leading biopharmaceutical international organisation.
