About your role
Join our European practice as an experienced Consultant specializing in HR Transformation & HR IT / Cloud Transformation. You will focus on HCM innovation and NextGen HR solutions to enhance workforce operations and experiences, guiding clients through HR Transformation leveraging HR technology to impact business outcomes.

Your responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement NextGen HR & HR Digital Strategies for global clients
• Deliver end-to-end HR & HR IT Transformation projects (Oracle HCM / SAP SuccessFactors / Workday / ServiceNow HRSD)
• Apply knowledge of HR products and cloud modules in areas such as Performance Management, Talent Development, Succession Planning, Recruiting & Onboarding, Learning Management, Job Architecture, Skills Management, People Analytics, Time & Attendance, Total Rewards & Payroll
• Design HR IT landscapes, assist in vendor selection, conduct HR Cloud readiness assessments, and develop HR Cloud support models
• Deliver HR Target Operating Models and experience-driven HR process designs, incorporating AI accelerators and strategies
• Advise on HR Cloud-based Workforce Transformation, including talent marketplace solutions and upskilling initiatives
• Facilitate workshops, craft presentations, and provide actionable recommendations
• Contribute to practice development, proposals, and go-to-market strategies
• Lead teams, fostering continuous learning and growth

About You
We seek professionals with a strong consulting background or extensive experience in HR (IT) Transformation, HR Cloud Advisory, and Hire-to-Retire HXM Technologies, ideally in large-scale international settings. Key areas of expertise include:

• Broad business skills: stakeholder management, problem-solving, resilience
• Data gathering, validation, synthesis, and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in local languages and English (C2 proficiency), with willingness to travel
• Domain expertise in HR lifecycle processes, process design, and documentation
• Experience translating employee experience needs into business requirements for digital/AI HR platforms
• Implementing HR Cloud Technologies (Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) and HR Ticketing/Workflow Tools (ServiceNow HRSD, Salesforce)
• Vendor management and HR Operating Model design
• Facilitation skills for HR workshops and reporting
• Leadership and mentorship abilities
• Proposal development experience

Qualifications include:

• Deep understanding of H2R cycle
• HR Cloud module certifications
• Knowledge of digital transformation principles
• Hands-on experience with HR systems and tools, including certifications
• Knowledge of AI, GenAI, and automation in HR
• Experience managing complex, multi-regional projects
• At least 4 years in recognized HR technology consulting or 6 years in in-house HR transformation roles
