Job summary

Quest Search & Selection is partnering with a leading international retail group to recruit an HR Transformation (AI) Partner to support a major programme of AI-enabled organisational transformation. You will translate AI initiatives into practical people strategies, including operating model design, workforce planning and change management.

The role requires consulting with senior leaders, cross-functional collaboration with People, Technology, Transformation teams, and delivering sustainable

Qualifications

• Experience within HR/People Business Partnering, People Transformation, HR Transformation or organisational change.
• Demonstrable experience consulting on, driving or implementing AI capability within a People/HR function, gained either in-house or within a consultancy environment.
• A strong track record of supporting change and transformation programmes.
• Experience in organisation design and evolving roles or operating models.
• Strong workforce planning and capability-mapping experience.
• Exposure to technology-enabled, digital or AI transformation programmes.
• The ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Someone who has worked in a consultancy practice within a transformation or people or HR capacity would be ideally suited to this role.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent relevant experience.

Here you will help translate AI and automation initiatives into practical people strategies across organisation design, workforce planning, capability development and change management.
