Job summary

Quest Search & Selection Ltd, partnering with a leading international retail group, is recruiting an HR Transformation (AI) Partner to support a major AI-enabled transformation programme. You will translate AI initiatives into practical people strategies across organisation design, workforce planning and change management.

You will partner with senior leaders to shape operating models, design future roles and ensure sustainable adoption of new technologies within HR.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in HR/People transformation or organisational change.
• Proven track record delivering AI-enabled capability in HR.
• Experience consulting or driving transformation projects.
• Strong organisation design and evolving roles.
• Solid workforce planning and capability mapping experience.
• Able to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Consultancy background in transformation or HR preferred; CIPD or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders on AI-driven transformation and operating model change.
• Advise on how AI and automation will impact organisational structures, roles and ways of working.
• Support organisation design and role evolution aligned with AI and automation initiatives.
• Lead workforce planning and capability mapping to identify future skills requirements.
• Identify skills gaps created by emerging technologies and help develop future-ready teams.
• Lead change programmes to ensure strong employee engagement and sustainable adoption.
• Translate technology and AI programmes into clear, practical People and HR outcomes.
• Work cross-functionally with People, Technology, Transformation and specialist AI teams.
