Refresco in Milton Keynes is seeking an HR & Training Advisor to join the site team, working closely with the HR Business Partner to deliver a proactive, practical people service in a busy manufacturing environment.

You will lead recruitment, handle employee relations, drive performance and attendance processes, coordinate training and development, and support compliance and governance while promoting Refresco values and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification desirable.
• Ability to build credible relationships with managers and employees.

Aufgaben

• Deliver a professional HR service across the site, coaching managers on ER, performance, conduct, absence, and policies.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for site-based roles with accurate offers and contracts.
• Drive performance and attendance management, investigations, absence reviews, appraisals, and occupational health referrals.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives, training records, and training matrices to enhance capability.
• Support compliance, audit, and governance activities to meet legal and internal requirements.
• Act as an HR ambassador, promoting Refresco values and fostering a positive workplace culture.
