Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking an HR Technology Solution Architect (Managing Consultant) in London to lead architecture workstreams in complex HR transformations. You will translate business outcomes, employee experience and operating models into scalable technology decisions across platforms, data, and integration.

Proven experience delivering solution architecture for HR technology, digital HR or workforce transformation programmes.
Broad architecture capability across enterprise applications, cloud platforms, data, integration and security.
Strong facilitation skills and ability to lead design workshops with stakeholders.

Translate HR transformation requirements into coherent architecture designs.
Design HR technology solutions across the enterprise ecosystem.
Develop application, integration and data architecture with security in mind.
