Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage or supervise staff teams.
  • Experience in employee relations, TUPE, restructures, and tribunal preparation.
  • Strong commitment to fostering inclusion and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on investigations and performance management.
  • Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Manage and develop HR Officers and administrators.
  • Oversee absence, sickness, welfare, and conduct processes.
  • Liaise with trade unions and external advisors.
  • Chair meetings and lead investigations.
