Kier Group in Rushden is seeking an HR Team Leader to join the Employee Life Cycle team at Marriott House. The role is a hybrid position combining home and office-based work, reporting to the Employee Life Cycle Team Manager.
You will guide and develop the HR Administration team, coach staff, resolve complex queries and ensure timely, accurate service while upholding Kier's inclusive culture.
Experience in high-volume HR admin, strong customer service, and familiarity with Oracle HR are desirable.
We're looking for a HR Team Leader to join our Employee Life Cycle team based in Marriott House, Rushden.
Marriott House, Rushden (Hybrid of working from home and in the office)
7.5 hour shift pattern between 8am to 5.30pm - 12Month Fixed term contract

Reporting to the Employee Life Cycle Team Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting and developing our HR Administration team. As a first point of contact, you'll provide guidance, coaching and day-to-day support whilst handling customer escalations and resolving complex queries. This is an opportunity to take ownership of operational activities, ensuring we deliver an efficient, professional and customer-focused service. You'll act as a role model, promoting a positive and inclusive working environment and driving continuous improvement across the team.
