Job summary

Larbey Evans is partnering with a global law firm in the City of London to recruit a HR Systems Analyst on a full-time, permanent basis. The role focuses on SAP SuccessFactors administration, data reporting, and ongoing system improvements to support the People function and the wider business.

You will configure and maintain HR systems, develop dashboards, deliver system changes, and provide user training while ensuring GDPR compliance across HR data.

Qualifications

• Experience administering HR systems in a law firm or professional services.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and multi-jurisdictional data.
• Good understanding of HR processes and data structures.
• Proficient in reporting and data manipulation in Excel.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Support HR systems projects including workflow improvements and configuration changes.
• Collaborate with the People team to identify system improvements and implement changes.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions across HR and the business.
• Support cyclical HR projects such as gender pay gap and annual regrading processes.
• Assist in rolling out new HR technologies and digital initiatives.
• Provide training and support to HR users on system functionality and best practices.

HR Systems Analyst

HR Systems Analyst – What You'll Be Doing:

• Support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors
• Support people systems projects, including workflow improvements, configuration changes, planned maintenance, upgrades, testing, rollouts, and documentation in partnership with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with the People team to identify system improvements and implement configuration changes
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across HR and the wider business
• Support cyclical HR projects such as Gender Pay Gap, annual fee earner regrading, and appraisal processes
• Assist in the rollout of new HR technologies and digital initiatives
• Provide training and support to HR users and other stakeholders on system functionality and best practices

HR Systems Analyst – What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year’s proven experience in HR Systems Administration or Analysis within a law firm
• Experience with global HR systems / SAP SuccessFactors, and multi-jurisdictional data is essential
• A strong understanding of HR processes and data structures
• Proficiency in reporting tools, data analysis and manipulating data using MS Excel
• Experience with system configuration, testing, and documentation
• Knowledge of GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations
