Job summary

Howden is seeking an HR Coordinator to join the Specialty division, delivering high-quality HR services across the employee lifecycle. You will support data management, HR queries, and HR systems while ensuring a seamless experience for colleagues and managers globally.

You’ll work within a cross-functional HR team, handling data requests, reporting in Workday, and contributing to improvements in people processes in a hybrid, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Deliver a proactive HR service across the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Coordinate lifecycle activities like new starters, job changes, and leavers with accuracy.
• Process HR admin in line with UK payroll deadlines and privacy requirements.
• Run exit interviews (excluding senior management) and feed insights to HR Partners.
• Maintain GDPR-compliant handling and reporting of people data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and validate employee records across HR systems to ensure data accuracy.
• Produce reports and analytics in Workday (headcount, absence, talent, objectives).
• Support ER administration and occupational health administration where needed.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to deliver effective people solutions and support business objectives.
