Location: Remote – UK Citizenship required for the role.
The Role:
This is an opportunity to create something rather special and fulfill your ambition to be your own boss, make a real impact by shaping and scaling a UK brand to our global business. We are a group of international investors and are opening a UK-registered recruitment firm, to build on our established global operations. We need an experienced ‘hands-on’ and solid Director, who has built and run a business before to run and register the UK arm (creating a LTD company). Hire the first team, and drive day-to-day results.

Core Responsibilities:
• Run & Grow: own budget, revenue, and new-client pipeline; report KPIs monthly.
• Delivery: oversee full-cycle hiring and weekly contractor payroll compliance.
• 5+ yrs senior HR / Talent / Recruitment leadership with P&L knowledge and experience.
• Track record of launching or scaling a recruitment agency/function in UK.
• Expert in UK employment law, payroll, and GDPR.
• Remote team management and strong stakeholder skills.
• Able to deliver results under pressure.
