Job summary

What skills and experience we're looking for. The East Midlands Education Trust represents the full educational age range of 3 - 19 across 24 schools, including an alternative education provider. Our Central Services Team are seeking to appoint a HR Recruitment & Administration Officer to cover maternity leave for 12 months. Our aim is to provide high quality HR administrative support to our schools, focusing on recruitment and payroll.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high quality HR administrative support to our schools, focusing on recruitment and payroll.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • Learn and apply employment law consistently; previous HR experience or training is advantageous.
What we offer
  • Based at either The West Bridgford School or The Joseph Whitaker School with hybrid working after the initial training period.
