A leading organization in East Kent is seeking a People Projects and Digital Manager to lead HR initiatives with a focus on data analytics and system management. This role, which offers hybrid working flexibility, plays a critical part in improving recruitment processes and driving employee engagement strategies.
Do you have a successful track record in managing HR projects, people data, reporting and analytics? Are you experienced in HRIS and/or rostering systems, designing or interpreting dashboards and data visualisation and can use AI tools in day to day practice?
You will be reporting to the Director of HR and OD and working with a team of 9 in HR, responsible for managing People Projects and being the main point of contact for the integrated HR and rostering system, post implementation, developing, training, customer service and ongoing support for people services. You will lead the development, integration and management of digital solutions across all people processes, driving improvements in recruitment, workforce planning, employee engagement data reporting and compliance.
This HR / People Projects and Digital Manager Position offers Hybrid Working 1-2 Days per week
East Kent based with some travel to other sites (Kent and South London)
12 months FTC (Part-time 4 days per week also available)
