HR Project Specialist

6-Month Fixed-Term Contract

London | Hybrid Working

We’re partnering with a highly respected organisation within the financial services and insurance sector to appoint an experienced HR Project Specialist on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional with strong project delivery experience to lead several high-profile people initiatives that will have a lasting impact on the organisation’s performance, reward and employee experience strategies.

Working closely with the Head of HR and senior leadership team, you’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects, developing recommendations, managing stakeholders, preparing business cases and driving change across key people programmes.

The Opportunity

You’ll be responsible for delivering a range of strategic HR projects, including:

• Reviewing and redesigning performance management frameworks
• Assessing and benchmarking reward practices
• Supporting remuneration governance and committee papers
• Conducting a payroll provider review
• Reviewing family-friendly and parental policies
• Leading the implementation of a new People Services Portal
• Producing recommendations, business cases and executive-level reports
• Developing implementation plans, communications and stakeholder engagement strategies

This role requires someone who can quickly understand complex business challenges, analyse data, benchmark against market practice and deliver practical, commercially focused solutions.
