Michael Page is seeking an experienced HR professional to join an international organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract, delivering HR projects across a European business function. The role requires coordinating activities across multiple countries and reporting to a senior HR leader.

You will manage day-to-day project execution, build stakeholder relationships across HR, Finance and business functions, and support governance, risk management and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Experience at Senior HR Business Partner or Head of HR level.
  • Proven track record delivering complex HR projects in a commercial setting.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience in international or European matrix organisations.
  • Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving.

Reporting to a senior HR leader, the successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating project activities, building stakeholder relationships and ensuring delivery against agreed objectives. Description
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of assigned HR project activities, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines and objectives.
  • Coordinate project plans, milestones and deliverables, tracking progress and supporting successful outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across HR, Finance and business functions.
  • Support governance activities, reporting requirements and project documentation.
  • Identify and escalation risks, issues and dependencies where appropriate.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops and project updates, ensuring effective communication across stakeholder groups.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple countries and functions to support project delivery.
  • Provide HR expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support European Works Council activities and requirements where applicable.
Profile

  • Experience operating at Senior HR Business Partner, Head of HR or equivalent level.
  • A proven track record of delivering complex HR projects within a commercial environment.
