Morgan Philips is supporting a dynamic and forward-thinking organization to hire a highly skilled HR Process Senior Manager to join their London-based team and lead the enhancement of all end-to-end HR processes. This role is offered on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days per week in the London office. Immediate start on a 6-month+ contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Lead the design, development, and implementation of efficient HR processes across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Process Mapping: Utilize process mapping tools to visualize and analyze current processes. Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, and design future state processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Standard Operating Model Implementation: Collaborate with senior HR leadership to develop and maintain a standard operating model for HR practices, ensuring consistency and best practices across all business units.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to gather requirements, solicit feedback, and ensure buy-in for process changes and improvements.
- Training & Development: Develop training materials and conduct sessions for HR teams and other departments on new processes and tools. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within HR.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of HR processes. Prepare reports for senior management.
- Change Management: Lead initiatives related to process improvements, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to HR operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in HR process management, focusing on process optimization and improvement.
- Expertise in process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar software, with a deep understanding of workflows.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR standard operating models, emphasizing best practices and compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across organizational levels.
- Project management experience, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CIPD qualification is preferred.
- Experience with Workday is a plus.
- Familiarity with current HR technologies and trends, and a passion for leveraging technology to improve processes.
- Knowledge of UK employment law and regulatory requirements.
