The HR Policy and Compliance Coordinator will collaborate closely with the HR Policy and Compliance Manager to assist with a Global Policy Review. Additionally, they will audit HR processes and procedures to identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Please note this is a full-time, permanent role based in our London head office. The role follows a hybrid work pattern with the expectation of being onsite 2-3 days per week on average.
Role Responsibilities:
Support with the development, reviewing, and updating HR policies, processes and procedures, to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Support the planning, content and delivery of a Global Policy Review
Facilitate regular audits of HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Support to identify potential risks and areas of non-compliance and develop action plans to address and mitigate them.
Support with the global socialisation of the ERRICA (risk and compliance) framework and collate required data.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to communicate policy and process changes
Prepare reports and documentation related to HR compliance activities, audit findings, and corrective actions taken
Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance audits, investigations, and related activities.
Role Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within audit/compliance/policy where you would have gained a good level of coordination/administrative experience.
Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders across the business.
Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Programmes, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
