Job summary

Wrexham University is seeking a proactive People Partnering Officer for a 9-month period to support colleagues across the full HR function and deliver a professional, efficient service.

You will attract and retain talent, deliver induction and training, manage benefits and probation, support employee relations, and help develop HR policies and systems to ensure compliance and best practices across the function.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an HR and/or administrative environment.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high standard of work.
• Awareness of employment law and HR best practice; training guidance experience.

Responsibilities

• Attracting and retaining talent across the University.
• Delivering induction and training programmes for staff.
• Managing and promoting employee benefits.
• Managing the probation process and employee relations activity.
• Helping to develop HR policies, processes and systems for compliance.
