HR Advisor

Our client, a car dealership, has an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join their team!

The Role

• This role will report to the HR Manager, being the point of contact for the teams on site.
• Supporting and advising on Disciplinary and Grievance issues
• Supporting the wider personnel functions including inductions and payroll
• Developing and coaching across the group
• Recruitment and Selection for the dealerships
• Assisting with on-boarding, new starter and leaver processes
• Delivering and co-ordinating induction and training programmes
• Providing advice on general process and procedural issues
