Four Talent is seeking a part-time HR & Payroll Officer to manage weekly and monthly payroll, ensure accurate hours and deductions, and provide practical HR support to office and site teams in Kettering.

Working with the Head of Finance and managers, you’ll implement a new payroll system, optimise how the HR platform is used, maintain records, and respond to routine HR and payroll queries, improving processes and data accuracy across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience processing payroll end-to-end, including weekly payroll and variances.
• Experience in a construction or manufacturing environment.
• Strong Excel and systems skills, with attention to detail.
• Professional and discreet communication with managers and staff.
• Experience with HRIS implementations is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Process weekly and monthly payroll, verify hours and deductions.
• Coordinate HR administration for onboarding, changes and leavers.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, holidays and training renewals.
• Respond to routine HR and payroll queries and support case management.
• Prepare reports and improve HR/sys data quality.
