Job summary

Infopro Digital, the B2B group specialising in information and technology, is seeking a HR Payroll Administrator on a permanent contract to join Infopro Digital Services Limited at our London offices.

You will support the Payroll Manager in delivering accurate payroll and employee administration across our regional locations. This role offers exposure to global payroll processes within a multinational organisation and opportunities to contribute to automation initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years' UK payroll administration experience.
  • Strong end-to-end payroll exposure across full payroll cycle.
  • Experience processing starters, leavers, contractual changes, absences and variable pay.
  • Strong payroll reconciliation, validation and data accuracy experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas and data analysis.
  • Experience using payroll systems.
  • Benefits administration experience (pensions, healthcare, salary sacrifice or similar schemes).
  • Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain payroll input such as new starters, leavers, contractual changes, absences, and variable pay.
  • Support monthly payroll cycles, ensuring accurate data is provided to in-country providers.
  • Help review payroll outputs, payslips, and reports, escalating discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain payroll records in line with audit and compliance requirements.
  • Administer employee benefits including pensions, healthcare, and other company schemes.
  • Process enrolments, changes, and leavers, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • Liaise with local benefit brokers and respond to employee queries.

Infopro Digital, the B2B group specialising in information and technology, is currently looking for a HR Payroll Administrator on a permanent contract to strengthen the team at Infopro Digital Services Limited based out of our London offices.

About The Role

This role offers the opportunity to be part of our diverse Regional HR Team who support entities across the UK, Republic of Ireland, USA, Asia and Australia.

As a Payroll and HR Administrator, you will support the Payroll Manager in delivering accurate, timely payroll and employee administration across our regional locations. This role is ideal for a payroll professional looking to take the next step in their career, offering the chance to work within a multinational organisation while gaining exposure to global payroll processes and emerging HR and payroll automation initiatives.

You will play a key part in maintaining employee data, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, administering benefits, and ensuring compliance with local legislation and internal controls. This is a hands‑on, detail‑focused role that supports the smooth running of end‑to‑end people processes in a growing, international environment.

Job Responsibility
Payroll
  • Assist the Payroll Manager with payroll processing, including data entry, validation, and reconciliation

Requirements
Must-have experience:
  • 2+ years' UK payroll administration experience
  • Strong end-to-end payroll exposure with involvement across the full payroll cycle, not a highly segmented payroll role
  • Experience processing starters, leavers, contractual changes, absences and variable pay
  • Strong payroll reconciliation, validation and data accuracy experience
  • Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas and data analysis
  • Experience using payroll systems
  • Benefits administration experience (pensions, healthcare, salary sacrifice or similar schemes)
  • Eligible to work in the UK
Highly desirable:
  • Experience using HRIS platforms
  • Experience supporting international or multi-country payrolls
  • Experience working with outsourced or in‑country payroll providers
  • Exposure to payroll reporting, audits and year‑end payroll activities
  • Experience improving processes, automation or payroll efficiencies
  • Experience working in a small or medium‑sized organisation
