NEBOSH is seeking an HR Business Partnering and Operations Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract, hybrid based in Leicester. You will lead HR operations, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive improvements across the People function from day one.

You will oversee payroll, lifecycle activities, policy compliance, and risk management while using data-driven insights to improve service delivery and manager experience.
