We have an exciting opportunity for an Organisational Development Adviser to join our HR team, supporting a range of workforce, organisational development, culture and employee engagement initiatives, with a particular focus on Adult Social Care and its improvement journey.

You will be comfortable working at pace with a range of people, facilitating discussions, analysing information and helping to develop and implement practical solutions. You will be someone who can take a piece of work from initial discussion through to delivery, working collaboratively with others along the way.
We are looking for someone with relevant experience in organisational development, workforce planning, employee engagement or culture change. You will be a confident communicator, able to build effective relationships, organise your own workload and manage competing priorities. A practical, collaborative and solution-focused approach will be important.
You will have a CIPD Level 5 qualification or above, an equivalent relevant professional qualification, or demonstrable equivalent experience. Experience of working with Adult Social Care would be an advantage.
