Job summary

Orchard Hill College Academy Trust is seeking a proactive HR Administrator to provide first-line HR support and comprehensive HR administration across OHC and OHCAT. You will act as a primary HR contact, handling a range of operations and collaborating with schools and central teams.

The role requires experience in HR, CIPD Level 3, and a commitment to confidentiality and GDPR. Some travel to other OHC locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a HR department.
• Ability to handle confidential information with GDPR compliance.
• Willingness to travel to other sites across locations when required.
• Awareness of learning difficulties and ability to work with students who communicate non-verbally.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end HR administration, including recruitment processing and safer recruitment compliance.
• Manage pre-employment checks, SNFs, payroll inputs, contracts, variations, and leave calculations.
• Maintain SCR and HR records, prepare standard correspondence, support employee benefits, and assist HR meetings.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR queries, safeguarding confidentiality and delivering high-quality HR service.
