Swindon Borough Council is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead the HR Operations (Colleague Experience Centre) team and shape an outstanding employee experience across Swindon Borough Council. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will drive operational excellence in recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee relations support, payroll inputs, HR systems and compliance.

This is a full-time role (37 hours per week) with a salary of £54,495 p.a.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR Operations (Colleague Experience Centre) team and shape an outstanding employee experience across Swindon Borough Council.
• Deliver high quality, customer focused HR services across recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee relations support, payroll inputs, HR systems and compliance activity.
• Use insight, technology and data to enhance performance, streamline processes and provide timely, pragmatic support for managers.
