Job summary

Nicholas Associates Group Limited is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join the HR team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. You will lead employee relations casework, provide pragmatic HR guidance and ensure HR processes are delivered consistently.

This hands-on role requires strong knowledge of employment law, excellent communication, and the ability to partner with senior leaders across a broad portfolio of people matters.

Qualifications

• Experienced HR generalist with strong employee relations and case management experience.
• Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build credibility with managers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR advice to managers and senior leaders across a broad range of people matters.
• Manage employee relations casework including disciplinary, grievance, capability, sickness absence and probation.
• Coach and support managers through informal and formal HR processes; ensure policies are applied fairly.
