Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, psychology, business administration, administrative management, or related fields.
• Fluent in English; cross-cultural communication and teamwork is a plus. Mandarin strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• HR Support: onboarding, transfers, offboarding, visa assistance, and leave management.
• Payroll & Benefits Support: monthly payroll processing, tax reporting, benefits administration, and compliance with local regulations.
• Operations & Systems Support: support and optimize global systems such as Workday and ServiceNow.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with global business units to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Employee Inquiry Support: respond to employee questions on HR, payroll, or policy topics.
